AG expects OHA case to be dismissed
Star-Bulletin reports
that state Attorney General Mark Bennett believes the new case filed by Wm.
Burgess against OHA covers issues that have previously been decided in the
agency's favor and should be dismissed by the
court.Side note: OHA said the Arakaki
case, that this one is similar to, cost the agency $409,491 in attorney
fees.
