2nd Kamehameha ruling expected in 2 weeks

The Advertiser reports: "U.S. District Judge David Ezra today told attorneys for the schools and for the boy, Brayden Mohica-Cummings, that he wanted time to consider the arguments made today so that he could rule independently of yesterday’s decision favoring the schools’ admissions policy in a similar case."
