Non-Hawaiians support Kamehameha Schools
Kamehameha
Schools has submitted to the court a stack of
affidavits
from non-Hawaiians, including many prominent community leaders such as governors
current and former, supporting their
admissions policy giving preference to Native
Hawaiians, arguing
that the policy is justified because it serves to remedy past injustices and
current economic imbalances affecting Hawaiians.
