UARC would violate anti-discrimination laws
In a Ka
Leo letter
UH Law Professor Jon Van Dyke says that those participating in a Navy UARC at
the university would be violating state law that prohibits employers from
discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation, by aiding and abetting the
Navy's explicit policy of discrimination in this regard. Doug White shares his
thoughts on
the letter (and whether this might be a much larger issue for other employers as
well). More background on the proposed UARC at StopUARC.info.
