10-year moratorium on GMO taro
HB 704 which would impose a ten-year moratorium on
testing, propagating, cultivating, raising, and growing of genetically modified
taro in the islands is being heard Tuesday at 10am by the Committee on
Agriculture and the Committee on Economic Development & Business Concerns.
