Kipahulu 'Ohana workday March 21
I think I'm going to start posting more about the
activities of the Kipahulu
'Ohana, the nonprofit organization
of which I am executive director. Our cultural restoration and education efforts
are relevant, this is a good opportunity to promote our work, and readers can
see what else I do besides blog. So
anyway...On Monday, March 21 we'll be
hosting a community workday at Kapahu Living
Farm for the construction of a
storage shed. The farm is an incredibly beautiful, refreshing place, and
workdays are always good fun. Work will start around 9 a.m. Lunch will be
served. If you happen to be in East Maui then, please join us, and harvest some
kalo and mai'a and ko and ulu for your table while you're there. Email me if you
