UPDATE. Plaintiff David Keanu Sai filed an Opposition to Defendant Lingle’s Motion to Dismiss on September 8, 2010. U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, on behalf of Defendant Clinton, Gates and Willard, has yet to file an answer to the First Amended Complaint and has until September 13, 2010.
