Congratulations to Foster Ampong for his April 18 letter.

According to the Laws of Nations, it is the purchaser who is at fault for buying stolen land: "In buying them of one who had not an absolute right to dispose of them, the purchasers made a hazardous bargain; and if they prove losers by the transaction, it is a consequence to which they deliberately exposed themselves."

The trustee holding true and allodial (absolute ownership) title to the soil of the Hawaiian Islands is his majesty Akahi Nui, king of the Hawaiian Islands by right of hereditary succession.

The four main island deeds were allegedly investigated by the state of Hawaii attorney general for three weeks, after which his majesty Akahi Nui received a call from the Bureau of Conveyances to come pick up the (originals) island deeds.

His majesty has uncovered evidence that corporation counsel for the County of Maui has deliberately concealed the above information from the people. Land buyers beware. As Mr. Ampong wrote, "be prepared to do your own research for the truth."

All purchasers of lands in Hawaii are urged to immediately contact his majesty Akahi Nui at (808) 575-9095. He will tell you the truth and has the evidence to back it up. See what can be done before it's too late. The criminals have been acting with impunity and gaining unjust enrichment for years, now they are setting you up to bear the burden of financial loss.
