Continuance for Hawaiian nationals court date

For those who may be wondering what happened with last Friday's demonstration and court date for Hawaiian nationals Henry Noa, Russell Kahookele, and Nelson Armitage, I got a report that the three, "leading dozens of protest-sign carrying supporters on a march from Wells Park, arrived at Maui County District Court at 8:00 a.m. as scheduled three months ago to stand trial for illegal trespass on and violating closed waters around the Hawaiian Island of Kahoolawe. The defendants were informed by the Court that all judges were on vacation and that a continuance was scheduled for July 27th, 2007." This could be a case that the court really doesn't want to have to hear for the issues it would force them to deal with. We'll see.
