Reinstated Hawaiian Gov't court case, Banyan Tree vigil
Charley Villalon with Reinstated Hawaiian Government has a
letter
in the Maui News today including these
announcements:Jan. 25 the 2nd Circuit Court will continue to deliberate on the Lawful (Reinstated) Hawaiian Government. Despite the pending decision to be rendered by the court, the Lawful Hawaiian Government will pursue lawful claims of reinstatement.
Jan. 26, a Saturday, everyone who agrees with and supports Hawaiian sovereignty should gather for a peaceful vigil under the Banyan Tree on Front Street in Lahaina. The Lawful Hawaiian Government will reclaim the ceded lands of Banyan Tree Park as government lands.
The
court case he refers to is the trespassing on Kaho'olawe. Here's a post on it from last
year.
