Owner of all island land is Akahi Nui?Kimo Akahi (aka Akahi Nui), who claims to be the
king of Hawaii, writes a letter
in the
Maui News
to warn all people not to buy land in Hawaii without his written consent. While
there are legitimate questions about the validity of land titles in Hawaii, I
don't think it is because Akahi owns it all. While I respect anyone who engages
in the struggle for Hawaii's independence, I don't
personally believe his claim to be king of Hawaii, because there is a
constitutional process to follow for election of a king during an interregnum
(see Article 22 of the 1864
Constitution, which is the same as the unratified 1887 "Bayonet
Constitution" version except for the names) which he could not have done because
the required legislative body is not in session.
Since 1994, the state of Hawaii, United States
and mediators have been trying to stop me from getting my inheritance and keep
me from my duty. It is time.
I have the truth and am willing to share it. Buyers of lands in Hawaii will be accountable for what they bought. Those who sold them the land are going to be bankrupt, and buyers will not be able to recover their losses from them. Remember that it was the unlawful state of Hawaii that brought them in and made it easy for them to cheat you out of your hard-earned money by selling you land that was not theirs to sell. I, Majesty Akahi Nui, will lead you in the rightful path to get it back. I would warn all the people, do not buy land in Hawaii without my written consent. If you do, you may end up paying double and triple. If you have bought land in Hawaii, I would like you to call me at 575-9095. I will answer your questions and your concerns. No matter who you are, I will sit down and talk with you. I'm here for all of the people. Don't wait too long. Majesty Akahi Nui Kingdom of Hawaii Haiku Posted: Wed - April 28, 2004 at 07:03 PM |
