KS proposed course of action

I have heard word that a very interesting course of action has been proposed to Kamehameha Schools in light of the 9th Circuit court decision in Doe v. KS.

A memorandum was submitted to the KS legal department by D. Keanu Sai (KS alumnus, class of '82) showing how KS can win the case.

Without delving in the details at this point, I would just suggest that if you have questions about this, give the KS legal department a call to inquire.

(Recall my earlier comment that because as an institution of the kingdom, "the only real protection the Kamehameha Schools ... might have is within the legal order from which they originated.")
