Rest in Peace David
David Po passed from this world last night. His family was at his side in a hospital in San Diego. Complications from end stage liver disease. He was 50 years old. Po was a dear brother and beautiful person, as well as a long time staunch supporter of justice and independence for Hawaii who lived a life of service and compassion. He will be dearly missed and remembered always with love and affection. Here's a picture of him planting the lo'i in Kipahulu, and one with Uncle John Lind from 2003.
